Ordering
From a product page, add the product to your request or ask for it directly. You can also describe a product that is not listed in the shop.
We check with our suppliers, then write to you with the price, lead time and delivery terms. The order becomes firm once you confirm it in writing.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are given in our reply, before any order. You pay nothing before confirming.

Delivery
Delivery costs and lead times depend on the product and the address: they are given to you before the order. Please state the delivery country in your request.
When the shipment is tracked, we send you the tracking number.
Returns
Consumers: you have fourteen days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Write to us to arrange the return. The product must come back complete, in its original packaging. Return terms are specified when you order.
Guarantees
All our products are new. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
